Lucy leads the global energy infrastructure investment activities and is Fund Head of the Actis Energy Funds. She has been with Actis for 23 years and has led transactions in energy infrastructure in South Africa, Kenya, Brazil, Senegal, Egypt, Mozambique, Chile, Ghana, India, Nigeria and Tanzania. Lucy is a member of the Actis Investment Committee and Chair of the Actis Inclusion and Diversity Committee. Prior to joining CDC, Actis' predecessor organization, in 2001, Lucy worked at UBS Warburg as a Director in the emerging market local currency debt department. Lucy holds an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Trinity College, Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD.
