Gianluca Minella is Portfolio Manager, Head of Portfolio Strategy & Research, Infrastructure Department Abu Dhabi, U.A.E at ADIA. Previously, he was Director, Head of Infrastructure Research at DWS and Associate Director, Utilities & Transportation at Fitch Ratings in London. He has also worked in a number of other roles at S&P Global, Enel and Moody's Investor Service. He holds a Master of Science in Economics (Public Finance and Infrastructure) from Bocconi University in Milan. Gianluca Minella is Co-Founder and Co-Chair of IRIS - Society of Infrastructure Investment Researchers & Strategists.
