Sina Nennstiel works at BAI as a Consultant in the Legal & Policy Affairs’ department. Her responsibilities include, in particular, supporting the association's work on European and national regulatory initiatives in the areas of investment law, investor supervision law and digital finance. She is co-head of the Fund and Market Regulation Committee and the Digitalization & Alternative Assets Working Group.

After studying business law at TU Dresden, she completed her law studies at the University of Bonn. She specialized in corporate, capital market and tax law.
