Max Sergelius is an in-house lawyer and Team Head Product Legal at Aquila Capital Investmentgesellschaft mbH, the asset management company of the Aquila Group, a Hamburg-based company specializing in investments and development of essential real asset investments. He and his team are responsible for the legal structuring and launch of alternative investment funds and other products of the Aquila Group. Before joining the Aquila Group in 2020, Max Sergelius worked as a lawyer in a globally consulting US-based business law firm in the area of project finance/renewable energy.
