As Managing Director, Portfolio Management for NAV Financing, Pavol manages selection, structuring and risk of investments for NAV Financing strategies. Pavol joined Pemberton in November 2022. He has over 23 years of experience in finance and banking, establishing and managing diverse businesses across secured financing, structured credit & financial derivatives structuring and asset & liability management.

Prior to joining Pemberton, Pavol was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where he established the EMEA structured financing business and was a Global Co-Head of the Financing Solutions team with a direct responsibility for all structured lending business outside of the US & Canada. The lending portfolio included fund, bank and corporate borrowers with collateral spanning corporate & private credit, macro, local currency, commodity, equity and private equity markets. Pavol spent 19 years at J.P. Morgan in various other leadership roles during that time, including Head of EMEA Structuring & Financing Solutions.

Pavol holds a Masters Degree in Finance from London Business School and MA in International Business from University of Economics, Bratislava.
