Prior to joining Muzinich, Michael R. Smith was an Investment Leader at Credit Suisse where he was responsible for investment evaluation, execution, and monitoring of Non-Sponsor, Sponsor, and Special Situation credit investments within CSAM’s private business development company, the Credit Suisse Park View BDC. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Smith was in Sponsor Finance at GE Antares Capital in New York and Madison Capital Funding LLC in Chicago. Michael started his career in Corporate & Investment Banking at BMO Capital Markets in Chicago and graduated from Boston University with a BA in Chemistry.
