Dr. Kati Beckmann is a partner specializing in finance and restructuring, with a particular focus on investment law, acquisition and corporate finance, and financial restructuring.

She advises sponsors and investors on fund structuring, fund investments, fund marketing, and regulatory requirements for institutional investors. Dr. Kati Beckmann also has extensive experience advising companies, banks, and alternative lenders on the structuring of national and international financings, as well as on the purchase of non-performing loans and financial restructurings.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Dr. Kati Beckmann spent several years at Olswang in Berlin, within the Finance/Banking team at Freshfields in London and Frankfurt, and in the finance group of CMS Hasche Sigle in Berlin.
