Florian Hofer is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting investments in the Private Credit sector as well as for portfolio management.

Before joining Golding Capital Partners in 2018, he was part of the Credit Team at EQT Partners in London (now Bridgepoint), where he focused on sourcing and executing new financings and opportunistic Private Credit transactions. Prior to that, he worked in the Leveraged Finance Team at Jefferies in London, where he specialized in identifying, structuring, and financing leveraged buyouts and owner-managed companies. He began his career in 2010 in the M&A Team at Jefferies in Frankfurt.

Florian Hofer earned a diploma in Law and Economics with a focus on Finance in Augsburg and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with distinction from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
