Dr. Nicolaus Loos is Managing Partner, Founder and CIO of Deutsche Credit Capital Partners (DCCP). Prior to founding DCCP, Dr. Loos was Head of Banking & Markets at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG, responsible for all banking and capital markets activities for the banks’ overall Mittelstand client base. During his time as Head of European Leveraged & Corporate Structured Finance, he built up the bank's midcap corporate & acquisition finance lending businesses across Europe. Before joining IKB, Dr. Loos was with Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan in the Leveraged Finance and Sponsor Coverage Groups in London, New York and Frankfurt.
Dr. Loos holds a master’s degree from HHL Leipzig, an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney and received a doctoral degree in finance & economics from the University of St. Gallen on the topic of Value Creation in Leveraged Buyouts.
