Nedelina Lazarova is the Head of Private Debt and an Investment Manager at HQ Trust, one of Germany's largest multi-family offices. She is responsible for the selection, structuring, and ongoing management of private debt investments. Prior to joining HQ Trust, she worked as a Project Leader for Alternative Credit at Viridium Group, a major German life insurer, where she built the multi-billion Alternative Credit Portfolio and the Private Debt platform. During her tenure at Viridium Group, she oversaw asset classes including Corporate Private Credit, Real Estate Debt, Infrastructure Debt, Mortgage Loans, and other credit strategies within the alternatives space. Ms. Lazarova holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and a master's degree in Quantitative Finance & Risk Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. She is also a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), FRM (Financial Risk Manager), and CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) charterholder.
