Dr. Ruprecht Hellauer is Managing Director at Albulus, an investment advisor and special servicer for commercial real estate loans, which he founded together with two partners in 2011. With three investment vehicles, Albulus covers the entire spectrum from the granting to the acquisition of senior secured real estate loans. Albulus concentrates on the German and Austrian markets and also offers third parties the restructuring and settlement of non-performing real estate loans. Albulus is a credit services institution licensed by Bafin.
Ruprecht Hellauer began his career as a real estate developer for Gerald Hines in Berlin and, as an equity partner at FERI Real Estate, advised private and institutional real estate investors. He studied business administration in St. Gallen and Chicago and completed his doctorate at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
