Richa Tandon is a managing director and co-head of origination at Benefit Street Partners/Alcentra(“BSP”), where she currently helps lead the sourcing and execution of US private credit transactions. She also helps manage a team of 25 investment professionals on the private credit team, with a focus on origination. Prior to joining BSP in 2014, Richa worked in private equity at Trilantic Capital Partners and investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Richa received Bachelor of Science from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
