As Senior ESG & Impact Analyst at NEXT Generation Invest AG, Arne Rittershaus works on the integration, measurement and design of sustainability and impact in the investment and asset management process. Among other things, he is responsible for implementing the regulatory requirements of the EU Green Deal at company and product level. NEXT Generation Invest AG combines the idealism that is important to him with a high level of professional expertise and offers him the opportunity to apply his acquired knowledge in an innovative environment.
Previously, Arne Rittershaus worked at Deutsche Bank and DekaBank, where he was able to put his theoretical knowledge of sustainable finance into practice, which is groundbreaking for an impact-oriented transformation.
