Philipp Maume is a Professor of Corporate and Capital Markets Law at the TUM School of Management at the Technical University of Munich. His research focuses on the digitalization of capital markets and payment systems, along with the associated regulatory issues. He is a member of the TUM Blockchain Research Cluster and the Expert Advisory Board of the Blockchain Bundesverband. Additionally, Prof. Maume is the managing editor and chief editor of the Journal of Banking and Capital Markets Law (BKR) and one of the founding editors of the Journal for Family Business Law (RFamU).
