Markus Kreuter is the Managing Director at zinsbaustein.de. As a financing expert, he is responsible for project acquisition and analysis of commercial real estate financing. His key tasks include expanding mezzanine financing for project developers and builders, as well as broadening the product offerings of zinsbaustein.de. Since November 1, 2023, he has also been acting in the capacity of the second Managing Director, thus bearing sole responsibility for the further development of the digital investment platform as a leader in quality and service. The ECSP license granted by BaFin in the summer of 2023 plays a central role in this.
